The African wild is an amazing place to visit, the animals and people really do make it a valuable life experience, sometimes animals need a little help and here’s how you can get involved.

Animals in Africa are constantly under threat from illegal poachers, trophy hunters and natural disasters, to protect and save them there are dedicated teams of staff and volunteers at wildlife parks across Africa.

When animals get sick or injured it’s down to the wildlife vets and volunteers to assist and bring the animals back to health, this can be as easy as giving a dehydrated giraffe some water or spending weeks of hard work and rehabilitating a cheetah to send back into the wild.
